Pedro and the Happy Roofing crew were tremendous. They did my siding and roof which required replacing almost all the wood with some very tricky spots needing extra attention. They did it better than we could have imagined. He and his guys were here until the last bit of work was done. Pedro knows his stuff. Our roof had a leak and it got worse this fall. We are fortunate to have Pedro and his colleagues  fix it for us. Initial inspection was done thoroughly and professionally.  Pedro provided us detailed description of the problem and very reasonable price estimate upfront.  The repair was done in a  timely manner and we are very pleased with the outcome. Pedro was a delight to deal with from the beginning. He came out as scheduled to inspect our roof in order to provide us a quote, he is very responsive and great at sharing information and answering my questions. Once we approved the quote we scheduled a date for the roof installation, Pedro and his crew came out on time and finished the job within two days. After completion of the job, Pedro and I went on the roof where he showed me some special work his crew did around the chimney to repair the seal around it, to ensure we would have no problems with rain or wind. After getting several quotes, it was clear that we would get the highest quality roof for the best value with Happy Roofing and Pedro cared about what was best for our home.  He was onsite for the instillation, which was professional all the way including respect for our landscaping and proper cleanup. Pedro stayed to make some adjustments to our existing structure to ensure the attic would be properly ventilated. Pedro was super helpful after our home suffered some storm damage. From responding promptly, to doing a full roof inspection personally and taking pictures to document the damage, we couldn’t have been in better hands. We had other companies come out and they just sent drones up and gave a blanket quote. We appreciated Pedro and his team walking the entire roofline and documenting everything to precision. He handled the claim with the insurance agent from start to finish and fought for us to get the maximum. (Even searched the village building ordinances, sent documents and code adherence articles to the adjuster) We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
